    Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days, depending on your city and courier service.

  • Remote or rural areas may take an additional 1–2 days.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

  • Any special delivery charges will be clearly mentioned before order confirmation.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

  • Please ensure availability at the delivery address to avoid delays or returns.

5. Delivery Partners

We use reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery. Once your order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared via SMS or WhatsApp.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct.

  • haseenlibas.pk is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information.

  • Re-delivery charges may apply if an order is returned due to incorrect address or unavailability.

7. Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears tampered with:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share pictures/videos of the parcel for verification.
